This User Verification Policy outlines the required steps and documentation for verifying user accounts before posting listings, offering services, or initiating platform interactions.
Our goal is to:
- Prevent identity fraud, misrepresentation, and impersonation
- Ensure listings comply with Pakistani animal welfare and breeding regulations
- Safeguard buyers, sellers, and animals involved in any transaction
Why Verification is Required
User verification is mandatory for the following activities:
- Publishing listings for pets or animals
- Offering veterinary or pet care services
- Selling pet food, accessories, or products
- Registering as a breeder, clinic, or professional service
- Accessing premium features (e.g., Boost Ads or Featured Listings)
Account Types & Document Requirements
Individual User
For pet lovers, adopters, and general sellers.
Minimum Required:
- Full Name (as per CNIC)
- Verified Pakistani Mobile Number (via OTP)
- Valid Email Address
- Current City/Location
Optional but Recommended:
- Profile Picture
- CNIC Copy (may be requested in flagged cases)
Breeder / Business Account
For pet breeders, shops, and commercial listings.
Required:
- Business or Trading Name
- Breeder License issued by local authorities (as per relevant district bylaws)
- Owner's CNIC (Front & Back)
- Utility Bill or Business Address Proof
- Social Media Page or Website (for vetting)
- NTN or Sales Tax Registration (if applicable)
Veterinary / Pet Service Provider
For licensed veterinarians and clinics offering paid services.
Required:
- Full Name of Practitioner
- Valid Veterinary License (e.g., Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council ID or Provincial Certificate)
- CNIC or Passport Copy
- Proof of Business Address (Clinic Utility Bill or Letterhead)
- Educational Qualification (Degree certificate optional but preferred)
Verification Process (Step-by-Step)
- Account Signup: Choose account type (Individual, Breeder, Vet). Enter email, phone, and location.
- Document Upload: Upload relevant documents as prompted. Files are encrypted and stored securely.
- Manual Review: Titans Pet PK reviews each submission within 48 working hours. Clarification or re-submission may be requested.
- Badge Issuance: Upon approval:
- Individual: Green tick
- Breeder: Blue badge
- Vet/Clinic: Gold badge
- Live Listings Enabled: Verified accounts can publish listings, apply Boosts, and access visibility tools.
Reverification & Monitoring
We may initiate verification:
- If breeder licenses or service credentials expire
- Upon a change in contact info or business details
- If a user is reported for fraudulent or unethical behavior
- During periodic random audits
Titans Pet PK can suspend, reverify, or flag accounts based on internal assessments or third-party complaints.
Denial, Suspension & Appeals
We secure the privilege to:
- Reject unverifiable or falsified documents
- Suspend accounts for non-compliance or suspected misconduct
- Remove listings that bypass our verification process
Appeal Process:
If your verification procedure is denied:
- Email info@titanspet.pk with the subject: "Appeal for Verification - [Account Type]"
- Include supporting documentation or clarifications
- Our support and guidance team will answer within three business days
Data Protection & Confidentiality
Titans Pet PK is fully committed to safeguarding your personal information in compliance with Pakistan's Personal Data Protection Bill (Draft 2023) and general data protection best practices.
- End-to-end encryption for document storage
- No sharing of confidential data with third parties (unless required by law)
- Right to data removal upon written request via our Data Deletion Process
Reporting Fake or Suspicious Users
All users are encouraged to report:
- Suspicious or fake listings
- Unverified sellers demanding payment
- Misuse of breeder, vet, or pet adoption labels
Use the "Report" button on listings or email info@titanspet.pk with relevant details.
Policy Updates
This policy is subject to periodic updates by evolving business practices or changes in Pakistani laws and digital regulations. All users will be notified of material updates via email and platform alerts.
