This policy outlines the principles and procedures governing all sponsorships, marketing collaborations, and strategic alliances undertaken by Titans Pet PK.

Purpose

This policy serves to:

• Encourage responsible advertising, lawful conduct, and community trust.

Sponsorship & Collaboration Formats

We welcome diverse forms of sponsorship and collaboration that align with our vision:

1. Financial Sponsorship
   Support for Titans Pet PK initiatives—such as campaigns, events, and platform features—in exchange for brand visibility across our digital and offline channels.
2. In-Kind Sponsorship
   Provision of pet-related products, services, equipment, or technical support in return for brand promotion and co-marketing exposure.
3. Digital Co-Marketing
   Joint digital campaigns such as:
   • Co-branded social media posts
   • Shared newsletter features
   • App banner integrations
   • Collaborative videos and product highlights
4. Event Sponsorship
   Opportunities to co-sponsor or host pet adoption drives, awareness walks, training workshops, vaccination camps, and pet expos in major cities in Pakistan.

Eligibility Requirements

Entities seeking to sponsor or collaborate with Titans Pet PK must:

• Exhibit a transparent commitment to animal welfare and liable pet ownership.
• Be legally registered with the relevant Pakistani authorities (e.g., SECP, FBR).
• Comply with local laws, including:
  • The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1890
  • The Pakistan Penal Code (PPC), where applicable
  • Any provincial livestock or animal health ordinances
• Maintain a clean public and legal record with no history of unethical or exploitative activity.
• Show professionalism and transparency in business conduct.

Approval & Onboarding Process

To initiate a sponsorship or collaboration:

1. Submit the official Sponsorship/Collaboration Request Form, available via our website or upon request.
2. Provide a clear proposal outlining your offerings, brand profile, and intended goals.
3. Our internal Sponsorship & Partnerships Committee will review applications within 7 to 10 business days.
4. If approved, a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Agreement will be signed to define the scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
5. Execution of activities will commence as per agreed terms, with regular updates and compliance reviews.

Content & Brand Usage Guidelines

All partnership-related content must:

• Be inclusive, respectful, and safe for diverse audiences.
• Avoid controversial, political, religious, or culturally sensitive themes.
• Not include graphic, misleading, or harmful imagery.
• Be approved in writing by Titans Pet PK before publication.

Right to Terminate

Titans Pet PK reserves the right to suspend or terminate any sponsorship or collaboration if:

• The partner violates local laws or animal welfare regulations.
• Content or public behavior undermines our values, ethics, or brand image.
• Fraudulent, offensive, or unauthorized materials are published.
• A partner's involvement results in negative publicity or user backlash.

Termination will be communicated in writing, with grounds cited.

Legal Compliance

All sponsorships and collaborations are subject to the following:

• The Companies Act, 2017 (if the partner is a registered entity)
• The Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (for taxation on sponsorship contributions)
• Consumer Protection laws as per the province of operation
• Digital Media & Advertising Regulations as guided by PTA or PEMRA (if applicable)
• Civil and contractual obligations as per the laws of Pakistan
