Titans Pet, including the website, forum, platform, and
portal (collectively referred to as "Titans Pet") for
accessing information, discussing topics, and engaging
in activities related to pets, animals and veterinary
solutions. By accessing or using Titans Pet, you agree to
be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any
provision of these Terms, you should not use Titans Pet.

User Content on Titans Pet, you grant us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license
to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and
display your User Content for the purpose of
operating and promoting Titans Pet.
(iii) Prohibited Content:
You must not post User Content that is defamatory,
obscene, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or
otherwise violates any law or the rights of
others. We reserve the right to remove or
disable any User Content that violates these

Titans Pet may employ moderators to monitor User
Content, but we do not guarantee the

Titans Pet. We are not responsible for the

services are solely between you and the third
party. Titans Pet is not responsible for any
such interactions or disputes.

not warrant that Titans Pet will be error-free,
uninterrupted, or secure.
(ii) Veterinary Advice:
Information provided on Titans Pet is for general
informational purposes only and should not be
considered veterinary advice. Always consult
a qualified veterinarian for specific guidance
regarding your pet's health or well-being.
7. Limitation of Liability:
(i) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titans Pet
and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and
agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether in

connection with your use of Titans Pet.
(ii) Total Liability:
In no event shall the total liability of Titans Pet and its

agents exceed the amount you paid, if any, to
Titans Pet for accessing or using the service.
