1. User Eligibility:

(ii) Legal Capacity:
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
(iii) Compliance:
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Titans Pet.

2. User Accounts:

(i) Registration:
To access certain features of Titans Pet, you may be required to create a user account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
(ii) Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.
(iii) Account Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or disable your account, at our discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate or harmful conduct on Titans Pet.

3. User Content:

(i) Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share on Titans Pet ("User Content"). User Content includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, and links.
(ii) Ownership:
You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting User Content on Titans Pet, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting Titans Pet.
(iii) Prohibited Content:
You must not post User Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise violates any law or the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates these Terms.
(iv) Moderation:
Titans Pet may employ moderators to monitor User Content, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of User Content. We are not responsible for any User Content posted by users.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

(i) Ownership:
Titans Pet and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are the intellectual property of Titans Pet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
(ii) Limited License:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Titans Pet grants you a limited, non-transferable, nonexclusive, revocable license to access and use Titans Pet for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Third-Party Websites and Services:

(i) Links:
Titans Pet may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Titans Pet. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use them at your own risk.
(ii) Third-Party Products and Services:
Any interactions, transactions, or disputes between you and third-party providers of products or services are solely between you and the third party. Titans Pet is not responsible for any such interactions or disputes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

(i) Titans Pet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that Titans Pet will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
(ii) Veterinary Advice:
Information provided on Titans Pet is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for specific guidance regarding your pet's health or well-being.

7. Limitation of Liability:

(i) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titans Pet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of Titans Pet.
(ii) Total Liability:
In no event shall the total liability of Titans Pet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents exceed the amount you paid, if any, to Titans Pet for accessing or using the service.

8. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Titans Pet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of Titans Pet, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

By using Titans Pet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
