Titans Pet PK: Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Resolution Policy

Purpose

This document outlines Titans Pet PK's official policy regarding cancellations, refund eligibility, and dispute resolution procedures. The objective is to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with Pakistan’s consumer protection laws while preserving the platform’s operational integrity.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All registered users of Titans Pet PK, including individuals, breeders, veterinary professionals, and service providers.
  • All paid services on the platform include boosted ads, featured products and services listings, and promotional postings.
  • Any disputes arising between users (e.g., buyers and sellers) or involving the Titans Pet PK platform.
1. Cancellation Policy
  • 1.1 Free Listings: Users may edit or delete free listings at any time with no cancellation charges.
  • 1.2 Paid Boosts, Featured Ads & Premium Listings:
    • Once activated, these services are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
    • Requests for cancellation made before activation may be considered at Titans Pet PK’s sole discretion.
    • Users are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of ad content before submitting payment.
  • 1.3 Event Registrations & Sponsored Content: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking can be qualified for a 50% repayment. Administrative expenses may be subtracted depending on the services already rendered.
2. Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to verification and processed under the Consumer Protection Act of 2019 and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act of 2016.

  • 2.1 Non-Delivery of Paid Services: If a paid service (e.g., Boost Plan) fails to activate due to a technical error on our end, a full refund will be issued within seven working days.
  • 2.2 Duplicate Payments: Verified duplicate transactions for the same service will be fully refunded after internal review.
  • 2.3 Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions:
    • Titans Pet PK reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts involved in suspicious transactions.
    • Remove any associated listings.
    • Reverse the payment, if applicable, after due investigation.
  • 2.4 Refunds Not Applicable: Refunds will not be administered in these given scenarios:
    • Listings violate Titans Pet PK’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
    • Users fail to complete verification or provide necessary documentation.
    • Listings are removed due to policy violations, misrepresentation, or fraudulent content.
    • Refund submissions submitted more than 14 days after payment.
3. Dispute Resolution Policy
  • 3.1 Disputes Between Users:
    • Titans Pet PK is a marketplace platform and does not act as a party in private user-to-user transactions.
    • Users must resolve disputes through the platform's messaging system or direct contact.
    • In cases of formal complaints, Titans Pet PK may:
      • Review platform communications, user activity, and listing history.
      • Temporarily suspend accounts during investigation.
      • If platform policies are breached, take appropriate action, including listing removal or permanent bans.
  • 3.2 Disputes Involving Titans Pet PK:
    • Users must report issues via email within 7 days of the incident.
    • The complaint must include:
      • Full name and contact information
      • Listing ID or transaction reference
      • A clear description of the issue
      • Supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, payment receipts)

    • Response time: 5 to 7 working days after receiving complete documentation.
4. Legal Compliance & User Responsibility

This policy is governed under the relevant provisions of:

  • The Contract Act, 1872 (Pakistan)
  • Consumer Protection Laws of respective provinces
  • PECA 2016 (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act)
