Legal & Welfare Standards (Pakistan Context)

• The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1890: It is unlawful to treat animals cruelly, inflict unnecessary suffering, or abandon them. Violators may face fines, imprisonment, or both under Sections 4 and 5 of the Act.
• Punjab Animals Slaughter Control Act, 1963 (where applicable): Only authorized individuals may engage in the breeding or selling of animals.

• Fake breed claims or forged medical documentation.
• Listings promoting animal fighting, baiting, or racing.
• Animals offered as prizes, lottery winnings, barter, or in exchange for services.

Adoption, Rescue & NGO Partnerships

We actively support:

• Registered animal shelters and rescue groups in Pakistan.

Consequences of Violations:

• Listing removal without refund.
• Temporary or permanent account bans.
• Reports forwarded to Pakistan Animal Welfare Societies or local authorities in cases of abuse.
