Titans Pet PK Data Retention & Deletion Policy

This applies to all Titans Pet PK mobile app users, website visitors, and associated digital service users across Pakistan.

Purpose of this Policy

This Data Retention and Deletion Policy outlines how Titans Pet PK collects, stores, retains, and securely deletes user data by the Personal Data Protection Bill of Pakistan, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016, and internationally accepted data protection standards. We aim to ensure responsible use of data, limited retention based on purpose, and complete deletion when no longer necessary.

Types of Data Collected and Retained

1. Personal Identification Information:
   • Full name
   • Mobile number
   • Email address
   • CNIC or official ID documents (for breeders, clinics, business accounts)
   • Residential or service address (only for service providers or deliveries)
2. Account & Platform Activity:
   • Username and hashed password
   • Date of account creation
   • Listings created, saved ads, and favorited items
   • History of messages or chats exchanged on the platform
   • Records of boost plans or premium service usage
3. Technical and Device Information:
   • Device type, operating system, IP address
   • Browser information, session records, and usage patterns
   • Location data (only when explicitly permitted by the user)
4. Payment and Transactional Data:
   • Payment records (processed securely through authorized third-party gateways)
   • Transaction logs for premium listings or boosted advertisements

Data Retention Schedule

User Rights – Deletion of Data (Right to Be Forgotten)

As a registered user, you can ask deletion of your data under the Personal Data Protection framework. Data may be deleted by:

• Requesting account deletion through the app or website
• Emailing: info@titanspet.pk
• Requesting deletion of specific listings, messages, or uploaded files
• Requesting removal of identity or verification documents (subject to compliance checks)

All deletion requests will be addressed within 30 days unless legally restricted due to regulatory, investigative, or financial reporting needs.

Automatic Deletion and Expiry Protocols

• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months may be archived or marked for deletion following advance notification.
• Expired Listings: Listings auto-expire after 180 days unless renewed manually.
• Suspended Accounts: Retained for up to 12 months to allow appeal or investigation procedures.

Storage Location and Data Security

All user data is stored securely on encrypted cloud infrastructure within Pakistan or with local data center providers that follow strong data protection and access control protocols.
Sensitive files, such as CNICs or business licenses, are only accessible by verified administrative staff with strict role-based access rights.
All data transfers are encrypted, and periodic audits are conducted to ensure system integrity and breach prevention.

Exceptions to Standard Retention Timelines

We may retain user data beyond the stated periods in the following circumstances:

• Where required by Pakistani laws, such as FBR regulations, cybercrime investigations, or court orders
• For the detection or prevention of fraud, unauthorized access, or platform misuse
• To fulfill legitimate auditing, accounting, or tax obligations

Policy Review and Compliance

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains aligned with updates to Pakistani laws, including the final enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and any directives from regulatory bodies such as NR3C (FIA Cyber Crime Wing) and MoITT.
