Titans Pet PK Advertising & Listings Policy

This applies to all users—including individuals, breeders, pet service providers, and businesses—using the Titans Pet PK platform (website, iOS, and Android apps).

Purpose of This Policy

This policy outlines the rules and responsibilities for creating and managing listings on the Titans Pet PK platform. It is designed to:

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1890 (amended), and other applicable regulations in Pakistan.
• Promote ethical advertising practices and responsible pet ownership.
• Maintain a safe, trustworthy, and transparent community environment.

What May Be Listed on Titans Pet PK

Listings are allowed in the following categories, subject to verification and category-specific requirements:

• Pets: For sale, adoption, or rehoming (dogs, cats, birds, and other pet animals).
• Pet Foods & Treats: Branded, sealed, and within expiry. Homemade items are not permitted unless pre-approved.
• Pet Accessories: Including but not limited to beds, feeders, cages, collars, toys, and grooming tools.
• Veterinary Services: Only by certified veterinarians registered with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC).
• Pet Services: Grooming, walking, boarding, training, and daycare.
• Pet Events: Educational sessions, animal welfare drives, pet shows, and adoption events.

General Listing Requirements

• Verified users with complete profiles must create listings.
• Descriptions must be accurate, clear, and honest—no misleading claims.
• Photos must be real, unedited, and directly related to the listing.

Required information must include:

• Pet’s breed, age, gender, vaccination status
• Location, availability status, and pricing
• Listings should be placed in the correct category.

Prohibited Listings

• Pets under 8 weeks of age.
• Pets that cannot be seen with the mother, where applicable.
• Wild, endangered, or protected species as per Pakistan Wildlife (Protection, Preservation, Conservation and Management) Act, 1975.
• Listings related to animal cruelty, illegal breeding, or abusive practices.
• Duplicate listings or spam content.
• Use of misleading titles or stock/fake images.
• Any promotion or facilitation of animal fighting, baiting, or harm.
• Sale or advertisement of animals imported without valid documentation under Pakistani import laws.

Breeder & Commercial Listings

• Possess a valid breeding permit (if applicable) from relevant provincial authorities.
• Follow ethical breeding practices in line with the Animal Welfare standards of Pakistan.
• Disclose medical history and vaccination records of pets on request.
• Indicate pedigree or registration details if available.

Image & Video Requirements

• Only upload clear, unaltered images specific to your listing.
• Watermarked, filtered, or stock photos are not accepted.
• For pets under 6 months, at least one image must include the mother (dogs and cats).
• Videos, if used, must be original, relevant, and limited to 60 seconds.

Listing Duration & Visibility

• Standard listings remain live for 30 days.
• Boosted listings (via selected plans: 7, 14, or 30 days) receive:
  • Enhanced platform visibility
  • Placement in priority sections
  • Sharing on Titans Pet PK’s social media channels, including Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube

Monitoring, Reporting & Removals

• Titans Pet PK reserves the right to:
  • Remove listings that violate this guideline without earlier notification
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently ban users involved in repeated violations
  • Request documentation or additional verification at any stage
  • Flag suspicious content for review based on user reports or automated checks

Titans Pet PK is an advertising platform only and does not directly sell pets, accessories, or services. The responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and consequences of any listing lies solely with the user. Under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) of 2016, all users must adhere to Pakistan’s animal protection laws, consumer protection standards, and digital content regulations.
