Parrot Fish in Pakistan

Parrot fish in the aquarium trade are usually blood parrot cichlids, a hybrid fish with a round body, beak-like mouth and friendly, curious personality. Red, orange, yellow and spotted forms are common in Pakistani shops, along with larger king kong types. Their small mouths make feeding slower, so offer pellets that are easy to pick up. Avoid fish with unnatural neon colours, which may be dyed, and look for clear eyes, smooth skin and active swimming. Browse sellers in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Multan, compare prices and message sellers directly. A spacious tank with caves helps reduce territorial squabbles.
