Our story
Titans Pet started with a problem every pet parent in Pakistan knows well: food from one shop, a vet found through a group chat, and a rescue listing buried somewhere on social media. Nothing joined up, and it was hard to know who to trust.
So we built one place for all of it. Pet Mall for supplies from verified sellers. Pet Care for licensed vets and pet professionals you can book directly. Pet Souk for pets available to buy or adopt, listed responsibly.
Today we serve pet parents from Karachi to Islamabad and beyond — and we hold every seller and provider on the platform to the same standard we would want for our own animals.

How we got here
We have grown carefully rather than quickly. Every seller is checked for a valid Pakistantrade licence before they can list, and every care provider is verified as an individually licensed professional — not an anonymous listing.
That standard is the whole product. It is why pet parents come back, and why we would rather onboard one good seller than ten unchecked ones.
What we stand for
The principles we apply to every listing, booking and order.
Animal welfare first
Listings must meet our welfare standards. We do not allow restricted or endangered species, banned breeds, or any listing that puts an animal at risk — and adoption is always free to list.
Verified, or not listed
Sellers must complete business verification (CNIC and registration details where required). Care providers must be licensed professionals. If we cannot verify it, it does not go on the platform.
Honest pricing
Prices are shown in PKR (or your selected currency from site settings). You see delivery and applicable taxes before you pay, and you receive a proper receipt for your order.
Your data, protected
We handle personal data responsibly, keep payments tokenised with our payment provider, and never sell your information.
