Purpose of the Policy

This Advertising & Listing Policy sets out the rules for posting ads on Titans Pet PK, whether you are listing a pet for sale or adoption, selling pet products and accessories, promoting a veterinary, grooming, training, boarding, or transport service, or running a sponsored or featured placement. The goal is simple: every listing should be honest, legal, and fair to buyers, sellers, and the animals involved.

By posting on Titans Pet PK you agree to this policy, our Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, and Moderation & Reporting Policy.

Who Can Post

• Individuals aged 18 or over, and registered businesses operating in Pakistan
• Users with a valid account and a working Pakistani mobile number
• Breeders, clinics, and service providers who can support the claims made in their listings (for example, licences, registrations, or qualifications) when asked

Listing Requirements

Every listing must:

• Be placed in the correct category and show the correct city and area
• Describe a real animal, product, or service that is actually available
• Use clear, recent, original photos of the actual animal or item. Stock images, watermarked photos taken from other sites, and edited images that misrepresent the animal are not allowed
• State the price honestly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), or clearly mark the listing as adoption, free, or "price on request"
• Include accurate details such as breed, age, gender, vaccination and deworming status, and any known health or behavioural conditions
• Show genuine contact information belonging to the person or business posting the ad

Pet Listings

• Puppies, kittens, and other young animals must be at least 8 weeks old and weaned before they are listed
• Claims such as "vaccinated", "pedigree", "KCP registered", or "imported" must be true and supported by documents that you can share with buyers
• Pregnant, nursing, sick, or injured animals may not be advertised for sale except through a recognised rescue or adoption listing with full disclosure
• One animal or litter per listing. Do not combine unrelated animals in a single ad

Prohibited Listings

The following may not be advertised on Titans Pet PK:

• Protected, endangered, or wild-caught species, or any animal whose trade is restricted under the Pakistan Trade Control of Wild Fauna and Flora Act, 2012 or provincial wildlife protection laws
• Animals intended for fighting, or any content that promotes animal fighting or cruelty, in breach of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1890
• Prescription veterinary medicines offered without a valid prescription, as well as counterfeit, expired, or unregistered drugs and supplements
• Counterfeit, unsafe, or recalled pet products
• Weapons, traps, poisons, or devices designed to harm animals
• Listings that are offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or contrary to public morality or applicable law in Pakistan
• Fake, placeholder, or "bait" listings, including ads for animals or items that do not exist

Duplicate and Spam Listings

• Post each animal, product, or service once. Reposting the same ad, or the same ad in several cities or categories, is not allowed
• Do not use listings to collect contact details, drive traffic to other websites, or advertise unrelated businesses
• Keyword stuffing, misleading titles, and irrelevant tags are removed
• Mark listings as sold or remove them once the animal or item is no longer available

Listing Plans, Featured Ads, and Boosts

Titans Pet PK offers free and paid listing plans, as well as featured and boosted placements that give ads more visibility. The duration, price, and benefits of each plan are shown at the time of posting and may change from time to time.

• Paid placements increase visibility only. They do not mean that Titans Pet PK has verified, endorsed, or guaranteed the animal, product, or seller
• Featured and boosted ads must meet the same rules as every other listing. An ad removed for breaking this policy is not entitled to a refund of its plan or boost fee
• Refunds for listing fees are handled under our Refund & Dispute Policy
• Ads expire at the end of their plan period and can be renewed from your dashboard

Sponsored Content and Brand Advertising

Businesses advertising on Titans Pet PK through banners, sponsored placements, events, or partnerships must ensure that their advertising is truthful, does not make unsupported health or veterinary claims, and complies with applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan. Sponsored content is labelled as such. Partnership terms are covered in our Sponsorship & Collaboration Policy.

Review and Enforcement

Listings are reviewed before they go live and may be checked again at any time. Titans Pet PK may edit category or location details, ask for supporting documents, reject a listing, or remove a live listing without notice if it breaks this policy. Repeated or serious violations may lead to account suspension or permanent removal. Listings involving fraud, impersonation, or illegal wildlife trade may be reported to the relevant authorities, including under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.

You can report any listing that appears to break these rules using the Report option on the ad.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in Pakistani law, animal welfare standards, or platform features. The latest version will always be available on this page.
