Go to your account and open My Orders to see live tracking for every shipment. You'll also get SMS and email updates at each delivery stage.

Eligible items can be returned within 15 days of delivery — look for the free-returns label on the product page. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened food, supplements, and prescription items can't be returned for safety reasons.

Once a return is approved: card refunds take 3–7 business days, your Titans Pet wallet is credited within 24 hours, and Tabby / Tamara refunds are handled by the provider (usually within 14 days).

Open a dispute within 15 days of delivery if an order didn't arrive, arrived damaged, was the wrong item, or a refund hasn't come through. We recommend messaging the seller first — but you can raise a dispute any time and we'll step in.

You can change or cancel an order from My Orders while it's still Processing — for scheduled deliveries, cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Once it's dispatched, you'll need to wait for delivery and start a return instead.

Tap Sell in the top bar and register with your business and bank details. Once verified, you can list products and start receiving orders across Pakistan.
